RCI trains chaplains across three tracks, each built for a different stage of calling. Each track shares the same foundation — spiritual and physical training, the SACRED values, and a commitment to discipline — but is paced and structured differently for its audience.

Cadet Officer
Pastors called to spiritual leadership and military chaplaincy service — no age restriction.
Cadet Officers form the backbone of RCI's chaplaincy corps. Training combines leadership development, discipline and character-building, and physical readiness, preparing pastors to serve as spiritual guides within military formations, public institutions, and their own congregations.

Cadet Yankee
Single ministers and youth aged 18–35.
The Yankee track was introduced specifically to give young, single believers a structured path into chaplaincy — building spiritual maturity, leadership capacity, and crisis-intervention skills earlier in life. Founding sponsorship from senior RCI leadership funded the first cohort of 25 youths.

Cadet Junior
Children aged 7–17.
The Cadet Junior track introduces young people to discipline, service, and faith formation early, under close supervision appropriate to their age. Trainees in this track are cadets and dudettes — building toward commissioning as they grow through the program.
