The Admiral Marshal provides spiritual covering and sits at the apex of RCI's ceremonial and command structure, anchoring the Corps within RCCG's mission and vision.

Admiral rank in RCI recognises the highest level of commitment to the Corps alongside the Marshal office — leadership exercised through service, discipline, and public example.

The General Commandant directs operational command across divisions, training pipelines, and the rhythm of battalion life — drills, services, outreach, and the standards officers are expected to uphold.

Eight General Officers Commanding lead specialist functions — Operations, Finance, Administration, Training, Logistics, Fellowship, Welfare, and Legal — each supported by directors and reporting through the Assistant General Commandant and General Commandant to the Admiral Marshal.
